Tender Open for Agro-Based Textile Industrial Complex in Pyay

The No 3 Heavy Industries Enterprise under the Ministry of Industry called for interested developers to submit a proposal for the construction of an agro-based textile industrial complex on the plot of land owned by the No 1 Textile Factory (Shwedaung) in Pyay Township, Bago Region.

Construction of the Agro-based Textile Industrial Complex project on 250 acres of land owned by the No. 1 Textile Factory (Shwedaung) must be funded by the developer. Phase I of the project includes textile training schools, an industrial meeting hall, a product display room, and laboratories; Phase II includes paint removal, dyeing, and printing factories; Phase III includes textile factories, weaving factories, warehouses, a logistics department, an industrial zone management committee office, a firefighting system, a clinic, industrial solid waste management, a recreation centre, and a trainee and staff dormitory.
